Communication
In any organization or industry, the supervisory role puts a great demand on an
individual's communication skills. There are many potential channels of communication in
organizations and many barriers to effective communication.
In this course, communication topics at the individual level, the group level, and the
organizational level are surveyed, and specific techniques to improve communication are
taught. Speaking, writing, listening and constructive feedback are addressed as well.
