About Our Courses

Education To Go offers non-credit, college-level classes covering a wide variety of topics. Our classes are not presented as canned tutorials. Each of our online courses is conducted by a knowledgeable instructor. Our format benefits you in two ways:

1. You are probably aware of the rapid rate of change taking place in technology today. Our classes are consistently updated, utilizing the latest software releases. You can rest assured that you'll never receive obsolete information.
   
   
2. You will be free to contact your instructor at any time if you have questions or difficulties with the course material. You can always expect to receive a prompt, helpful and courteous reply.

Each online course is composed of twelve lessons,  two per week over a six week period.  Your course syllabus will provide clear directions on how to retrieve your lessons and assignments once the course begins. After downloading course material, study and complete the assignments at your convenience.

Most of our lessons are accompanied by an interactive web component. Each class has its own web site, where you can interact with other students, ask and answer questions, complete assignments and obtain supplementary information. You will be free to spend as much or as little time working on the World Wide Web as you wish.

Our courses do not require a textbook. Instead, you'll find our detailed, twice-weekly lessons so comprehensive, you'll want to print them out so you can refer to them again and again.

Finally, you will receive an average of one homework assignment each week. These assignments must be completed and returned to your instructor for evaluation within 10 days of delivery. Also, each class will end with a brief, multiple-choice final exam. You will be given two weeks to complete and return the final exam.
